About the Reinebringen Landscape Print

A photo from Reinebringen (448 meter/ 1470 feet) during a morning in March. This viewpoint offers an incredible view over the south coast of the lofoten islands towards the East. It also offers a great view on the small fisherman villages down below, including Reine and Hamnøy. Max took this photo after spending the night camping up this mountain in his sleeping bag, finding good shelter behind some stones against the wind. The hike follows a good trail though in winter the snow can be hard and iced, making crampons and an ice axe required.
